To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support to receive a return authorization. Return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. 3. Refunds Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Please note that any shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. 4.
